1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR MILESRUNNER™ PRODUCTS

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of MilesRunner Company Limited ("MilesRunner"). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from MilesRunner (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. MilesRunner will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that prove defective due to material or workmanship flaws, under normal use and maintenance.

What will MilesRunner do to correct problems?

WARRANTIES/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• All warranty claims require original proof of purchase. Retain boxes, warranty documents, and manuals.
• MilesRunner products carry a limited 1-year warranty. Exclusions:  Damage from improper installation, road hazards, accidents, racing, misuse, alteration, or normal wear. Racing/competition use or non-factory vehicle settings void coverage.
• Installation/labor costs are not covered. MilesRunner is not liable for incidental/consequential damages or injuries from product use.
• Items returned as defective but found functional will not be credited; return shipping is at sender’s expense.
• MilesRunner reserves the right to send replacement components for verified defects.
• Defective items confirmed after inspection will receive credit or replacement.
• Within 30 days: MilesRunner provides a return label. After 30 days: Customer pays return shipping. An RMA number is mandatory; returns without one will be refused.

STAINLESS STEEL & POWDER COAT FINISHES

• 1-year warranty against material/workmanship defects. Exclusions: Shipping damage, misuse, road hazards, modifications, discoloration (stainless steel), or chemical exposure. Installation/removal/labor/shipping costs excluded.
• Critical for harsh climates: Salt/ice removal chemicals must be cleaned promptly. Neglect voids warranty. Do not apply chemicals without consulting MilesRunner first.
• Warranty void if defects result from: Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, theft, crashes, or impacts.
• Claims require inspection of returned goods.

How long does coverage last?

The Warranty Period is 365 days from purchase. Replaced/repaired parts inherit the original warranty’s remaining term or 365 days from repair, whichever is longer.

What does this warranty NOT cover?

MilesRunner excludes defects caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, crashes, or impacts.
• No liability for consequential, incidental, business, time, or other losses arising from product use/misuse.
• MilesRunner may change product designs without retroactively updating prior versions.
