1. Payment Terms

All shipments require credit card payment unless:
(a) Payment is included with the order, OR
(b) Prior arrangements are made for open/net-term accounts. - NSF checks incur a $35 fee (net-term accounts only).
2. Credit Policy
- Valid credit application must be on file.
- Accounts with invoices past due will be suspended until paid.
- Defaulting accounts are responsible for collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs.
3. Pricing
- Current prices supersede all previous pricing.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
4. Ordering
- Email orders: Directly contact your sales representative.
- Cancellations only accepted prior to shipment.
5. Back Orders
- Shipped when available.
- Held automatically unless cancellation request is emailed/faxed.
6. Shipping Policy
- ✅ Free standard shipping: 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- ⚠️ Additional fees: Alaska, U.S. territories, international.
- Carrier selected by MilesRunner unless specified at order.
- International customers responsible for customs/duties/taxes.
7. Shortages & Damages
- Inspect immediately: Report damage/shortages to carrier at delivery (note on BOL).
- Notify MilesRunner within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unreported issues after 48 hours = customer responsibility.
- Never deduct shortages from payments.
8. Returns & Refunds
- RMA required: Contact cs@milesrunner.com for authorization.
- 14-day window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Restocking fee: 20% on all returns.
- Credit only: Issued to account (no cash refunds), valid for 2:1 offsetting orders.
- Condition: Must be new, unopened, in original packaging.
- Shipping: Customer pays return freight + insurance.
- Deadline: Returns must reach MilesRunner within 30 days of RMA issuance.
9. Warranties
(Applies to all products unless specified otherwise)
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers material/workmanship defects.

Exclusions:
- Improper installation, accidents, racing, misuse, normal wear
- Damage from road hazards, chemicals, salt, modifications
- Lighting accessories (light bars, bulbs, wiring)
- Used/open-box/pre-owned products
- Non-transferable (original purchaser only)

Claim Process:
- Proof of purchase required.
- Defects within 30 days: Free return label.
- Defects after 30 days: Customer pays return shipping.
- Inspection required before credit/replacement.
10. Product-Specific Warranties

Stainless Steel/Powder Coat:
- Voided by chemical exposure or neglect in harsh climates.
- Clean salt/chemicals immediately to prevent rust.
- Lighting Accessories: No warranty coverage.
11. Credits
- Issued within 45 days of return receipt.
- Credit amount: Lowest net price paid in past year.
- Requires account in good standing.
- Never self-deduct credits from payments.
